Precision Formed metal tubes and polished precision tubes

The Tubes having a wall thickness of 0.025 to 1 mm, outside diameter between 0.1 and 10 mm, delivered on straight lengths, in coils or on spool. Metal precision tube with dimensional tolerances below 5 microns and with a super finished surface state (Ra 0.1 mu)  These precision tubes can be made from all sorts material such as Stainless steel, Copper, Nickel or Precious metals such as Gold and Platinum.

Encoder disks (Incremental and absolute)

  • Nickel (electroformed) - line width tolerance  + 0.010 mm
